I ruined a previous Kitchen Aid food processor and the. New features on this newer model are great. I used it for the first time today and it was easy to assemble and operate. I am happy!

I'm very happy with my KitchenAid food processor, I have another 13 quart at my home in Oregon and the 11 quart is for my home in Arizona. I would recommend it to anyone.

Works great and love the capacity and equipment that it comes with. My only "complaint" are the buttons are too hard to push down to get the mixer started.

So bad it should not be called a Food Processor.

DO *not* purchase this appliance! In fact, check very blog out there before throwing down $$ on any KitchenAid product. I don't think the quality is there anymore. I got this KitchenAid Architect food processor as a gift a few years ago. I rarely use it because it's so useless. Read all the other reviews and you'll see that there is a common complaint - this "food processor" doesn't process. Cheese, vegetables - anything that requires slicing, gets stuck in large chunks. The mini-bowl is useless because nothing gets chopped when using this bowl. Instead, it chops some, but mostly misses whatever is inside. The whole unit is terrible to clean and has very little practical applications (unless you're *not* interested in slicing, shredding, mincing, etc.). KitchenAid should offer a trade-in program for anyone who has this appliance.
